As a moderator I want to specify a group of informed people that have no access to the meeting series, but that get the meeting minutes.

• Add new role "Informed" to the the meeting series editor
• Informed users get the meeting minutes eMail on finalize.
• Informed users are listed in the finalize minutes mail
• Informed users do not see / cannot access the meeting series or protocols inside 4Minitz.
• It is possible to change the informed for the current non-finalized meeting minutes via meeting series details editor
• Different meetings may have different informed people
• Informed people may be empty
• Add some E2E test to ensure correct visibility
