On minutesedit view

• Disable "automatic collapse participants" on scrolling. This is bothering users!
• Hide the "Upload..." and "Remove Attachment" buttons on printing
• Increase font size of attachments list
• Increase fonts size of normal details text
• On finalized minutes with no attachments it should not be possible to expand the attachment list (there is nothing in there!)
• Add Shortcut key for "Add Topic": Ctrl+Shift+T
  • Change shortcut key - Ctrl+Shift+T is reserved in Chrome on Windows
• Datepicker - neither icon nor dates show the right mouse pointer, CSS seems broken
• Markdown help icon & new details-trashcan is only displayed if user clicks at details. Not visible after clicking "+" for details
• Disable AdminBroadCastMessages on the Login-Screen
• Title of browser tab shall be "4Minitz", not "4minitz" (must adapt E2E test!!!)
• Show user long names at the participants list - E2E??
• Click on topic/item subject opens topic/item editor, so we can get rid of Pencil Icon. Adapt E2E!
• About-Versionumber should also work without GIT.

Backend

• Do not publish all settings of all users to all users
• Admin broadcast messages - give admin a "listAll()" command to show all active messages with IDs
