关于适配 riscv64 的需求，我们刚刚发布的 v1.10.31-lts 版本已正式支持。
由于 1Panel 的文档分为 V1 和 V2 两部分，本次 PR 涉及的文档修改我会手动在 v1 分支处理，感谢支持。
