What this PR does / why we need it?

原界面较为混乱，重排了下反向代理设置页面，提升可视化配置体验，顺便补充缺失i18n内容。

  • 修改proxy可视化配置侧栏组件
  • i18n更新配套的文本、补全缺失的文本（AI翻译）
