Problem Description
在证书列表中直接编辑某个证书的备注之后刷新页面，这个证书的其它域名项的记录会丢失。
Steps to Reproduce
下方截图中的 test.cc 为虚构域名，因此申请证书会失败，但此问题与申请证书无关，所以请忽略截图中的申请失败问题。
当前状态：
直接在上图红框位置添加或修改备注，提示更新成功后刷新页面：
其它域名处的 *.test.cc 就没了。
