1. Install packages and other dependencies,

   pip install pyrebase

   pip install firebase-admin

2. Clone repository and distribute voter.py to voters

3. Update the Firebase database using the credentials provided

4. First run voter.py yourself as the Genesis block (that is, the first node) and cast your vote

5. Once, everyone else votes, hit control C to tally up the scores and decide on a winner
