Running npm run env, npm run build, etc are working but I am getting errors displaying the credential prompt when inserting the block.

I am seeing the issue in older versions of WP so am unclear why it is passing on the main branch. I'll leave this unmerged fro now.

@jeffpaul No, it appears to be unrelated. I'm wondering if something has changed in __experimentalToggleGroupControl or __experimentalToggleGroupControlOption but I wasn't able to see anything.
