The B2AGG note needs to check that the account consuming it is in fact the Agglayer bridge account.

There are two ways of solving this:

1. Add 2 more inputs to B2AGG note which specify Agglayer bridge
2. Get B2AGG note tag, compute network account tag of consuming account, ensure equivalence.
