SerializationUtils#deserialize is deprecated in Spring Framework 6.0 (see #28075); however, we do not want to deprecate this utility so late in the 5.3.x line.

So we are creating this issue and adding warnings to the Javadoc for SerializationUtils to raise awareness in 5.3.x.
