Description
This PR adds support for the Churn-PHP tool via the tools input to setup-php.
I have added a test to the
linux,darwinandwindowstests.npm run formatbefore the commit.npm run lintbefore the commit.npm run releasebefore the commit.npm testreturns with no unit test errors and all code covered.
