Looks like 20210111 is the oldest available at https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/S/SH/SHANCOCK/ at the moment, simplest "fix" would be to just bump the version to the latest, 20211129 at the moment. Old CPAN releases get archived over to https://backpan.perl.org/ sometimes (I'm not sure actually when), IIRC there was a way to tell the plain old |
