Bug report

We just merged a PR in a project to master, updating phpstan to 0.12.12.
The project has ~4k php files but phpstan seems to go forever processing many many files:

Unsure. Using 0.12.12 on an existing cache?
We've been unable to replicated locally.
We've cleared the cache in CI manually and the problem has gone.
