Removed annoying log message. Removed dbg suffix from native libs since the searched filename doesn't get updated.
Change custom 'provided' to newer 'compileOnly'. Add hamcrest test dependency where needed (not sure why Eclipse needed this).

So that serialized exception data is the same whether or not getMeasurements() has been called (to help make data reported during tests more consistent).
