Yes, by "app freezes for 2 minutes" I mean that the event loop gets blocked by validation.

I validate the data to check if its numeric, integer, date (with a custom function), an array or a string from some discrete values (enums).

The data looks similar to:

While the shape is the same, just names and values are differed. Also there is more of those keys, but I omitted them as they are not necessary to show the problem.

The problem I face is that the content array is huge, iterating and checking the values takes quite a while.

I would be happy if you suggested some optimisations.

I consider writing some JSONStream-based validator, but its pretty much the same as writing second express-validator.
