Customer called out that the documentation looked poor because of the markup tags were appearing and causing this to not display as intended. See ticket: https://issues.amazon.com/issues/EMRDOCS-1305
This examples needs to be corrected as customers are facing issues because s3 path is not supported for the --instance-groups option, instead only local file is supported.
