This dataset contains RT-qPCR Ct values from cerebellum, bone marrow, and spleen of Shank3b+/+ (wild-type) and Shank3b-/- (knockout) mice treated with 50 mg/kg astaxanthin (oral, 5×/week, 4 weeks). RNA from 8 mice/condition was pooled; Ct values from 3 independent experiments/condition are provided for genes CCL2, CCL3, CCL5, CCL8, CX3CR1, GSR, IFNG, IL-10, IL-1B, IL-6, MMP3, MMP12, MMP8, NRF2, SOD1, SOD2, TNF, and β-actin.
