The GHHBA merged the Guelph & District Home Builders’ Association, the Greater Dufferin Home Builder’s Association, and the Guelph Wellington Development Association. This unification brings the three under one banner, forming a stronger, collective voice for the residential construction industry.

This year, the GHHBA was honoured as the Local Association of the Year by the OHBA. This outstanding recognition is given to a local HBA that has demonstrated outstanding performance in advancing member value, community visibility, policy engagement, and organization strength.
