I challenge and equip leaders and rising stars to grow their influence, lead with purpose, and create meaningful business results. Whether I’m advising a CEO navigating a high-stakes challenge or coaching a team to collaborate more effectively, I bring candor, clarity, and compassion to every conversation. My passion is helping people tap into their strengths and grow in their weak areas—especially when the pressure’s on.

I’m often called in during times of crisis, uncertainty, or transformation—situations that demand both precision and trust. Over the past 25 years, I’ve partnered with companies across industries including finance, private equity, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, technology, media, sports, and entertainment. Some of the organizations I’ve worked with include Goldman Sachs, Comcast, Harman (a Samsung company), Capital One, Cisco, Akron’s Children’s Hospital and many others. Whether it’s helping leaders adapt, teams align, or cultures evolve, my goal is always to deliver lasting impact.

One of the tools I’m most proud of creating is the Motivational Currency® Calculator—a self-assessment that helps people understand what drives them and those around them. It started during a multi-year engagement with a Fortune 50 financial firm and has since become a powerful framework for building influence, improving collaboration, and unlocking potential. From global women’s networks to executive offsites, it’s helping people lead smarter and connect deeper—especially in high-stakes environments.
