💵 Salary: USD $700 – $1200 plus commission, depending on experience

About the Role

Are you a proactive, high-energy SDR ready to help digital agencies and online brands grow through better backlinks?

We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities by engaging with SEO agencies, affiliate site owners, in-house marketers, and other digital players who need strategic link-building support.

You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales process — identifying prospects, starting conversations, and booking discovery calls that lead to long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Research & Prospecting: Identify and research digital agencies, affiliate marketers, and SEO-focused companies that would benefit from Get Me Links’ services.
  • Outbound Outreach: Use tools like HubSpot to run personalized, high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage in discovery conversations, identify pain points, and ensure the prospect is a good fit before passing them on to the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep your deals and activities organized in Apollo. Track activity, follow-ups, and status of each lead.
  • Iterate & Optimize: Collaborate with the team to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes.
  • Track & Improve Metrics: Hit — and exceed — key activity metrics (emails sent, conversations started, discovery calls booked).
  • Collaborate Closely: Work directly with sales leadership to refine targeting, report feedback from the field, and contribute to the evolution of our outreach playbook.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 1–3+ years of SDR or B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or SEO-related spaces.
  • Are coachable, curious, and hungry to grow into a closing role.
  • Are comfortable with outbound — you know how to write compelling cold emails, handle objections, and navigate multiple touchpoints to book calls.
  • Can manage your time and energy across fast-paced, remote environments.
  • Love systems and structure, especially CRMs like HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Have strong emotional intelligence and understand how to build rapport digitally.
  • Are proactive, persistent, and don’t ghost prospects — you follow up until you get a yes or no.
  • Communicate clearly, quickly, and across multiple formats (async and live).
  • Are naturally curious — you like to learn about SEO, marketing trends, and what makes clients tick.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SEO services, link building, or working in/with digital agencies.
  • Prior startup experience or remote team experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bonus points if you know your way around Ahrefs or Semrush.
