ELIGIBILITY

· You must attend approximately a 120-minute preview within 12 months from contacting Getaway 4 Less and activating this travel promotion which will be indicated by your receipt of a confirmation.
· Participants must have a valid driver’s license or other government-issued ID and an active major credit card that is not linked to a debit account. Credit building cards are not accepted.
· You must be a minimum of 30 years of age and no older than 60 years of age; provided, the age eligibility may vary by chosen destination.
· The minimum gross annual household income is $60,000 unless you are retired and $40,000 is accepted; provided, however, this income eligibility may vary by chosen destination.
· Participants must not have filed for bankruptcy, be currently in bankruptcy, or have had a charge off within 2 years. At the time of travel, participants cannot be in the process of purchasing or refinancing a home.
· Participants must be legal U.S. citizens and fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) without requiring a translator.
· Individuals working in the branded hotel industry or vacation ownership are ineligible.
· Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchasing this offer, as confirmed by receipt of a confirmation email. This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Individuals who have traveled on a promotional offer to a Getaway 4 Less destination and attended a sales presentation within the past 12 months are ineligible for this offer. Each family or traveling group is limited to one offer.
· A refundable reservation deposit may be required in the sum of $150.00, which will be returned after your qualified sales presentation. Failure to complete presentation will result in forfeiture of deposit.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS & LIABILITY

· The accommodation provided are complete but is not owned or managed by Getaway 4 Less.
This promotion is valid for standard hotel accommodations only that sleep up to 4 guests.
· Upgrades to larger accommodations, upgraded accommodations, additional guests, and/or extended stays may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
· Only the named person(s) on the package will be allowed to check in. As required by lodging accommodation, a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID and a major credit card (debit cards and credit-building cards are not accepted) must be presented.
· Holidays and peak travel dates (e.g., Memorial Day through Labor Day and October) may require additional upgrade fees. Blackout dates and mandatory check-in days may apply.
· Participants are responsible for resort and hotel fees, taxes, and additional expenses, estimated to range from $30 to $300. These costs include nightly room taxes, which typically range from $10 to $100 per night. The total financial obligation of Participants shall range from $59 to $1000 in the initial purchase price depending on requested upgrades and/or add-ons, $60 to $180 for fees and costs owed to the accommodation provider and the refundable deposit of $150 as provided above.
· A security deposit or credit card hold for incidentals may be required upon check-in.
· This offer does not include normal travel expenses such as airfare, transportation, applicable taxes, meals, parking, and room incidentals.
· Getaway 4 Less and its agents act solely as intermediaries for hotel lodging and are not responsible for any loss, delay, accident, injury, or damage to persons or property. Getaway 4 Less shall not be liable for acts of God, strikes, weather-related delays, acts of war or terrorism, or other circumstances beyond its control.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Getaway 4 Less, its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a $49 change fee. Travelers must reschedule before the offer/promotion expiration date, which is 12 months from the date of purchase. This offer is subject to availability, may change by Getaway 4 Less without notice, and is void where prohibited. Any names and addresses collected may be used to solicit the sale of travel products upon providing consent.

This offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Failure to attend or complete the full sales presentation and/or meet the stated eligibility requirements will result in the forfeiture of the promotional offer. In such a case, you will be charged $750 for lodging (so long as no upgrade or other add-on has been requested) and an administrative charge of $150.00 to the credit card on file.

· Failure to attend the scheduled presentation or complete eligibility requirements will result in a charge of $750 for lodging (so long as no upgrade or other add-on has been requested), plus a $150 administrative fee, applied to the credit card on file.
· Guests who do not arrive for their confirmed travel date, will be considered a no-show and subject to the same penalties.
