Get~2~Goal provides personalized weight goals using years of trends and data that have been collected by Geisinger, it allows for tracking weight over time, it calculates probability of surviving the procedure and probability of resolving diabetes (for diabetes patients) based on information entered in your personal profile For prospective patients: Displays trends of expected weight loss over time after surgery Using Get~2~Goal with the Apple Health app on iPhone empowers you to better manage your health.
