GerbView enables you to view, print, and convert Gerber, ODB++, PDF, Excellon, and HPGL/2 files. It supports RS-274D and RS-274X Gerber formats.

You can also convert your older Gerber files to the new RS-274X extended format using this program. GerbView has the ability to convert from PDF to CAD formats.
