By accessing and using Genwave's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Genwave provides AI-powered content creation services including:

• •Product description generation
• •Social media content creation
• •AI image generation
• •Content analysis and optimization
• •Text-to-speech conversion
• •Smart business automation tools

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Providing accurate and complete information
• •Notifying us of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services to:

• •Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• •Infringe on intellectual property rights
• •Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• •Attempt to breach our security measures
• •Use automated systems to access our services

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.

When using Genwave Agent to manage your WordPress site, you agree to the following:

• •Agent actions modify your WordPress site in real-time
• •You are responsible for reviewing and confirming Agent actions
• •Undo functionality is available for 30 days after any action
• •Agent commands are logged for security and support purposes
• •Rate limits apply: 10 messages/min, 100 actions/hour

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed via credit card (Tranzila) or PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize automatic recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Your card details are stored securely as an encrypted token — we never store your full card number. Prices are in USD. Israeli customers are charged 17% VAT in accordance with local tax law. A tax invoice (or tax invoice + receipt) is automatically generated and emailed after each payment.

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

• •Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation
• •Credits reset to your plan limit on each billing cycle — they do not accumulate
• •Credit costs vary by AI model and content type
• •Credits are deducted based on actual usage
• •Additional credits can be purchased separately and are added to your current balance
• •Credit balance is non-transferable between accounts
• •Failed AI generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance
• •We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• •All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — no questions asked
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page
• •Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period
• •After the 30-day guarantee period, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• •Plan downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle — you keep your current plan until then
• •Credit purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account
• •Failed AI generations: credits are automatically refunded to your balance
• •A credit note (invoice cancellation) is issued for any approved refund
• •Refund requests can be submitted to support@genwave.ai within 30 days of your first payment

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

Genwave utilizes third-party AI providers to deliver our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that your content may be processed by these providers according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

• •Anthropic (Claude for content creation)
• •Google (Gemini for AI processing)
• •Mistral AI (language models)
• •Perplexity (AI search and generation)
• •XAI (Grok models)
• •Replicate (FLUX and other image generation models)

We do not control how these providers use data for model training. Please review each provider's terms before using our services.

When using our WordPress plugin, the following terms apply:

• •Plugin requires an active Genwave license to function
• •Each license is valid for a limited number of WordPress installations (based on your plan)
• •Your domain must have a valid SSL certificate for security
• •We may disable plugin access if you violate these Terms
• •Plugin updates are delivered automatically unless disabled

API access is subject to the following conditions:

• •API access is subject to rate limits which vary by plan
• •Automated and bulk requests must respect rate limits
• •We may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed limits
• •API keys are confidential and non-transferable
• •Sharing API keys may result in account termination

Important information about AI-generated content:

• •AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• •You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
• •We do not guarantee factual accuracy or suitability for any purpose
• •Generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works
• •You assume full responsibility for any content you publish

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genwave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Automatic renewal will stop and no further charges will be made. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using Genwave, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
