Posts Management Guide


The Posts module is the heart of your content generation workflow. It provides a robust, user-friendly interface for managing your site's articles and blog content.


🧭 Navigating the Posts Repository

To access the posts management area:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click POSTS.
  2. The Content Repository page will appear, displaying a list of your existing assets with real-time engagement insights.

📝 Creating New Content

To compose a fresh post:

  1. Click the New Post button in the header section.
  2. The Compose Post form with a premium editorial layout will be displayed.

🧩 Core Content Elements:

  • Primary Heading: Enter a captivating title for your article.
  • Editor: Use the rich-text editor (Summernote or Editor.js) to craft your story.
  • Hero Asset: Select or upload an image that represents your content.
  • Classifiction Tags: Connect concepts using comma-separated terms.

⚙️ Side Controls & Metadata

The sidebar provides essential tools for the life-cycle of your post:

Option Description
Primary Category Categorize your post to keep the content structured.
Visibility Status Switch between Release (Live) or Draft (Private).
Chronology Manually override the publication date if needed.

🛠️ Efficient Multi-Tasking (Bulk Actions)

GeniXCMS allows you detect and manage multiple assets simultaneously:

  1. Selection: Use the checkboxes in the first column to select posts.
  2. Select All: Click the master checkbox in the header to select all visible assets.
  3. Apply Action: From the bulk actions dropdown at the bottom, choose:
    • Commit to Live: Instantly publish all selected drafts.
    • Revert to Draft: Take live content offline.
    • Permanent Deletion: Remove multiple assets at once.
