    I was recommended this book by my sister, telling me that it was way to understand how to make decisions and understand the decisions we'd made in the past. I really didn't think it was going to hit me the way I did. MOre than anything it was the examples or more like tales of the author's life that mirrored my own. I hadn't know that it was one of my power centers making the decision or ruling the show that caused so many problems, usually my head! What I would want to know is, how to make more clear decisions that are aligned with my life and Magda does explain the method very well and made it reachable, simple and doable, all at the same time. I will definitely keep using this as a way to check in with me. I may also read it again for more inspiration!

    I really enjoyed reading this book. Magda's tone is conversational, friendly and down to earth and it was easy to digest and the information was super understandable. There are applicable tips for how to use this information in your daily life that I look forward to bringing into my routine. Highly recommend this for all women looking to increase their confidence and heighten their intuition and knowing what their body is telling them!.
