    Thank you great story, can’t wait to hear more. The assassin has his mothers heart what a mystery it is with a demon father, no wonder he is so strong! Can’t wait for the next book!

    While I was waiting for next book of cradle , I was going through a ton of progression books and found this book on the r/progressionfantasy recommendations, since it is on KU, I give it a shot, and was pleasently surprised by the pacing, writing and story.

    I will recommend it to all cradle fans

    Powerful assassin wants to retire. I liked main character know his powers well. He learns life in a new place but his past follows him.

    One of the best books I've read in the past few years!! A very well written story, something like a unique crossover between John Wick and Dune.

    Definitely one of the books that's very difficult to put down once you're at it.

    Thoroughly enjoyed it! So much that I immediately bought the second and third book straight away. Looking forward to check more of Harmon Cooper's titles

    I love, love, love this book! I enjoyed the different writing style, it really sucked me in. The adventures of Danzen in the valley, and him opening up to the villagers and yokai, really made it a good story. I am gonna see if I have book two already, and if I don't then I am going to buy it and start reading it right away.
