    I've been hooked on this system from the get go and wish there was a game with half the amount of customization here. Love picking skis and specializing, creating new classes, just awesome. While Frank will forever irk me this book was worth the wait and cannot wait for more.

    Definitely worth reading, started reading the series to pass time, expecting just another rpg web-novel, but was surprised with a really fun story. A little rough around the edges, but pulls you in and makes you love it, the story is just like Frank in that way. I love the characters, and the amount of awesome stuff they do and stunts they pull off on their adventures is pretty cool. I was really impressed by the twists, and turns, and plot twists, especially nearing the end of this last book as it all came together in fun and unexpected ways at breakneck speed. This series, rather that being a finely tuned masterpiece, was more like a best friend, who you would choose to hang out over anyone else, despite their flaws or sense of humor, or incessant shaft jokes. Really a great read.

    You’ll want to read this in one night, starts off a bit slow but near the end of the book you’ll find that wishes do come true. A pleasant read throughout and lots of Frank and shaft jokes. Looking forward to the next book when it releases.

    After waiting so long for this book, I was prepared for a satisfying conclusion—but the fact that there will be more books in the series has me absolutely thrilled. This installment delivered everything I wanted and more, with the perfect balance of action, humor, and character growth.

    What I Love about this and the whole series:

    Ned’s incredible character development – Watching him slowly learn to trust others and realize people can like him for who he is (not just his money) has been one of the most rewarding arcs in the series.

    House remains the BEST – Still my favorite character, tied with Frank. Every scene with her is pure gold.

    That ending! – Just when I thought it was wrapping up, the promise of more books left me grinning.

    This series just keeps getting better, and Emperor’s End proves it. The Ripple System remains my favorite book series by far, I just wish more people knew about it. Now the wait for the next one begins…

    This was an excellent end to this story arc with Ned and Frank, but I’m so excited to see that it isn’t the end of the Ripple System series.

    Will Tyrann ever just give up on trying to bully Ned? Will Ersatz? Will we find out why Omen’s Benedict Arnold chose to burn those bridges? Will Frank’s loathing of the moon turn out to be foreshadowing, and not just irrational Frank-ness?

    This book was suspenseful and intriguing. I loved trying to guess what Ned was planning, and was delightfully surprised when I learned the truth.
