If anyone wants I will take requests. Give me picures you want me to use, text you want on or certain brush designs (Ex: stars, hearts, scribblies). If you want show me an icon similar to what you want and I will try my best to make the style similar =]

	Alright, so first I cropped my base. I used this picture of Ashlee Simpson, courtesy of fourletterlie.net/ashlee.
	First I duplicated the base and then went to Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Hue/Saturation/Lightness (or if you're lazy like me just press shift + h). A box should appear and set it like I did here
	Well, this step is easy. All you have to do is set the duplicate layer to color legacy and make opacity 70.
	Whee, I love eyes, so I made a new layer and eyedropped a blue from her eye. I went with #2e528a. Next I got my paintbrush and set it to size 4 and hardness of 50, everything else I left on default. Next I went over the blue part of her eye with the paintbrush and set the layer to dodge. If you made any part other than her eye blue then erase it.
	So now merge your visible layers (Layers > Merge > Merge Visible). Make a new layer, fill it with white or whatever color you want for your outline/background thing. Now move your merged layer to the top, select all (ctrl+a), go to selections > modify > contract and change the number to 3. Now invert your selection (selections > invert or ctrl+shift+i) and delete.
	Mkay, last step. All you have to do now is add a dropshadow with these settings. I moved the layer one pixel up and to the left, just so it looked more centered on the white background, but it really doesn't make a big difference.

Ohh, first icon tutorial, going from

So, we start out with our base. I'm using this base of Lindsay Lohan:

Next I added this gradient (it might have been made by crumblingwalls, though I'm not entirely sure) and set it to screen at 100 opacity.

Then I added another gradient, this one I made myself, and set it to screen at 62 opacity.

So, then I added another gradient by crumblingwalls and set it to soft light.

Alright, so now all that's left is the text and the border. First I wrote "drama queen" in white, arial, size 18, with kerning set to -150. Then I wrote "THAT GIRL WAS A ONE TIME" above it in white, arial bold, size 5, kerning at 0. Yes, I know, I forgot about the 'teenage' after 'time', shhh don't tell. Then merge them so they are on the same layer, if they are not already on the same layer and add a drop shadow, I just eyedropped a darker pink color from the icon for the darkshadow, here is what I set my drop shadow to:

And last but not least I added a 3 pixel white border. An easy way to do this is make a new layer, press ctrl+a (select all), fill it with white, then go to selections > modify > contract and a box will pop up, since there is only one possible thing to change I decided you don't need a picture to show you, just change the number inside the box next to "number of pixels" to 3. Press ok, then delete and unselect, with any luck your icon should now look like this:

And VOILA, all done =]
