We hereby give notice that, as a consequence of the cessation of our services effective May 31, 2023, we were rendered insolvent and are presently subject to bankruptcy proceedings. Said proceedings are being conducted in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, pursuant to Section 66 of Chapter 151 of the Limited Liability Companies Act.
As such proceedings are already in progress, we are unable to correspond individually with creditors at this time. Upon completion of the assessment and compilation of our assets, including outstanding accounts receivable, the appointed liquidator shall communicate with creditors by electronic mail.
Notice of the timetable for such communications shall be published on this website in due course. We respectfully request that all concerned parties await the next announcement.
