I needed 90 degrees of a gear to synchronize to lever arms. I printed a full 360 degrees, put the designs on my two levers, rotated on gear to mesh. Then trimmed the excess and cut them out. Worked perfectly. Used GearDFX into QuixkCAD (vDirol into Vcarve for CNC gcode generation. Piece of cake.

When changing to ''metric'', would be nice to change inputs as well.

It's working great. Outputs a clean DXF. Polyline conversion in AUTOCAD(by "pedit"-command) works perfectly well.
Many Thanks.

I need to get the centre of gear along with its profile, currently the geardxf is not providing that. Can you help with this?

Change the "Bore hole Diameter". 0 means no hole and another number makes a hole of this diameter at the center of the gear .
