uh hi ^_^ my name is vinny gaydog AKA the webmaster of gay dot dog and you may have noticed that i havent updated my website regularly for a long ass time. thats because i dont really like it anymore lol. however i do still love coding and making websites a lot ! dont get me wrong. i love this shit
the problem is that for a while i felt bad completely redoing my website because a lot of people seemed to really like it as it was? but the truth is im just really not happy with it and hadnt been for a while for many reasons, and that sorta inner conflict about it just made it very hard for me to work on it, and so i just. ended up not working on it lmao. which also means that over time the website started to reflect me as a person less and less, and thus started to lose its function as the personal website it started as.
that combined with really bad social anxiety and stuff just made keeping the site up as it was very very stressful for me with the fact my website still tends to get a fair amount of visits (which i appreciate a ton by the way! youre all very nice i love you all) so i have opted to temporarily take most of it down and replace it with a cool picture of a dog sleeping & a longwinded explanation instead
this page will likely only last for as long as it takes for me to create a new main page for the website, but given i dont know how long that might be for many stupid reasons, i have left you all food, water, and a chatbox (or a guestbook if thats more your speed) to keep all of you entertained while i'm gone :3
