Ensure transport facilities to all Teachers, Students, Officers, Staffs and others of the GAU towards successful implementation of GAU’s Mission, Vision and Objectives.
Overall maintenance of all vehicles of the university.
Designing transport policies.
Regular inspection of vehicles to identify problems, determine faults and taking action to solve the identified problems and faults, accordingly.
Supervision of drivers, mechanics and other staff.
Monitor automobile based suppliers and service providers.
Ensure vehicle’s registration, insurance, tax, fitness etc. in time.
Safety management of technical manpower.
Ensures proper environment for vehicles when not in use.
