Galaxy Guard

Galaxy Guard is a classic shooter in which you must destroy enemy ships in order to save your galaxy from the aliens.

The objective of every level is to destroy as many ships as you can until you fill a bar located on the right of the screen. If you are shot, the bar empties and you have to start all over again. You also have to pay attention to your energy levels, because if you run out of it, you also lose a life. As you progress in the game, more advanced ships will attack you, but you will also get more powerful. You should always try to catch the falling power-ups to destroy your enemies faster and more easily. You can get different types of guns, bombs, missiles, armor, energy, among many other things.
What is more, the controls are really simple. You can use the arrow keys or the mouse to move your ship. If you use the mouse, you just click to fire, and if you use the arrow keys you have to press CTRL key.
Regarding the graphics, they are very well-done and attractive. Sound effects are also very good and contribute to create the necessary atmosphere for the game. Also, the music is suitable, but a bit repetitive.
