My first tutorial!!
It was requested that I post a tutorial on how i get my icons so bright so here it is!!!
ok so we are going to be going from this
to this using PSP7. so we are really just brighting the screencap
ok first take your picture and resize it to 100x100
then sharpen once
then go to colors=>adjust=>curves and put imput and output like this:
imput: 147
output:191
then i just added a random baby text brush and we have our bright icon!!
