I was going to post an entry asking if anyone knew why I haven't seen a Jewish person use an umbrella here yet (instead they put a bag on top of their hats!) but today I saw a Jewish person HOLDING a closed umbrella, so IDK what to think now!
Why would anyone opt to wear a plastic bag on their hats when they could use an umbrella?
Also, yesterday on the news, I found out that hasidic Jews (the men, anyway) are not supposed to look at women in the eyes, unless they are married to them! That explains why they don't look at me ever, but it kind of doesn't explain why they don't look at my roommates!
I spend too much time thinking about hasidic jews y/n?
It's like 2 weeks til I go to Engerland again! ASSUM!
