FTP Uploader is a windows utility which sits in your system tray and periodically transfers files and folders between the local machine and an FTP Server.
Wildcards are accepted as input, and this is how the folder transfers work, ie (c:\upload\*.*). With this functionality, new files can be added to the folder without reconfiguring the application.
