Simply upload changed and modified files to an FTP or Web server from the command line. Fsync helps distribute files quickly and easily by transferring only those files that have changed since the last upload. Fsync recursively copies on all sub directories. File types can be selected and excluded using filters. Fsync is perfect for including in batch files to update a web or ftp site.
It can upload or download files, create and delete directories and rename files.
