In a few hours I'm going to meet my first on-line friend from CoS in person!! kitkat and I are meeting up for dinner in Chicago! I'm very excited and looking forward to meeting Su. :)

It's opening night!

I can't say that without humming the song from The Producers so here's a video.

Tonight is our opening of Suor Angelica and Gianni Schicchi! I'm singing another role in Suor, and my parents are coming into town for the show on Sunday. I'm looking forward to having dinner with them and Bill afterwards.

Long overdue

I have no idea who is actually still around or if anyone uses this anymore. I've recently started a desk job, which affords me too much free time, and since I was talking to Leigh about good old HP times today, I thought I'd pop back over and see how everyone was doing.

The big updates on my life are as follows:

I finished graduate school at Northwestern. I've officially Mastered Music. Now what I'm going to do with that is a bit of a question mark.

I have a new job. I've been working at the Gap for a year now while I was getting my degree, but I also now work full-time for the university as an administrative assistant. Basically I'm sitting around doing absolutely nothing all day.

Bill (remember him?) and I got ENGAGED almost a month ago. He's recently moved in with me, and we're working on planning the wedding.

Those are the most major things happening right now. I'm hoping maybe with all of this time I spend at my computer that I might be able to update a bit more frequently.
