Our management company has used Fresh Paint on many projects and for many years. The most recent experience was one of the largest commercial/condominium parking garages in the metro area. The project was very important to be completed on schedule as over 100 homeowners’ cars were displaced during the duration of the project. Fresh Paint finished on time and we are very pleased with the work and the project overall.

Our company, Sentinel Property Management, has used Fresh Paint Inc. many times over the past years and we’ve always been happy with the results. Recently, they worked on a shopping mall for us—refinishing steel stairs, service doors and completing a color change. Every remodel or renovation has its own particulars, but with Fresh Paint’s experience, they are always able to take care of any issues quickly and cost-effectively. The painting of the parking garage, along with the coating of the floor, was a huge two-week process, with every car parked offsite for the duration. Fresh Paint did an excellent job, working 24-hour shifts until their portion was complete. Of course, as soon as the painting began we had days of rain causing very high humidity in the ramp. Not a problem for Fresh Paint; they handled every issue that resulted from the increased moisture. Humidity is not a friend of paint in a concrete structure. I would not hire anyone else!!!

Bepex was very pleased with the performance of Fresh Paint in painting two bays and a hallway that accessed the service elevator of our large pilot testing facility. Each bay measures 30 feet by 80 feet and includes several layers of mezzanine in different areas, in addition to fixed equipment, stands, control panels, and electrical and other utility connections. Fresh Paint painted the walls, mezzanine, rails, doors and ceilings along with safety areas—a total of four different colors. They tested a couple of paint systems prior to applying. They accommodated our short down times and did an outstanding job in improving the appearance while minimizing our downtime. Their bid was also very competitive.
