i sampled a instrument and some notes are not hundred percent correct in tuning, i have to re-tune them some cents on some keys.

Is this possible with the following opcode? Which SFZ format are you using in the sampler.

Details are in the Unify manual: https://pluginguru.net/unify/manual/doku.php?id=sampler-import

The tag you need is e.g. tune=-10, meaning pitch the sample down 10 cents, because it's naturally 10 cents sharp. If the sample were flat by 23.4 cents, you'd say tune=23.4 instead.
