Hi
my link did First make trouble when connecting via wlan. It needed several trys to Connect.
then i connected the link whit a cable to The iPad in Hope for a Save Use. It works one time, then it failed. Again via wlan, worked Short time.
Next The Board ‚crashed’? Now The Blackout Button is flashing, nothing works, only flashing. I switched severeal time off and on, but no change.
what can i do? Is there a Chance to reboot The link?

i gave the Board to Service at Thomann last Saturday, still waiting for support
noboby could give me support when i was there on saturday, because there was no tecnikal for Light there, saturday …
so i bought a new Board ….
ok
all the setup is on the iPad, so it was easy to get startet,
but! Because the wlan often goes down i decided also to use the wire,
this i Tryed on my own Board also, and then it crashed!
i did not saw a Relation between wire Connection and crash
so i starten with the wire on the new board, and then same shit Happens!
the board turned off , ok, i disconnected everthink immediatly and tryed again via wlan. that worked, the new Board took no damage… ( so i can say actually)
i changed the iPad for secure and made a wlan link, no Wire , the Show had to start in 1h
i could do my Job, light up a concert whit over 300 people
but the longer it takes, the wlan Connect was Short Brocken, a least every 10 seconds. And the iPad was near the link all the time, 1 meter

I Like the Link, but so it makes no sense to use it in Future
I am watching for another System….
when i connected the new board to the iPad, i have used the original cabels…
i Need support from adj, i want to know what Happens whit the Wire disaster
wy is the wlan so Bad?
we all use so much devices whit wlan, they all work stabil…

The only advice we can give is that with a good USB adapter there should be no issues connecting the link over hardwired connection.
