This form is designed to assess your start-up’s/scale-up's alignment with the high standards of data privacy, transparency, ethical marketing, and sustainability as outlined by FEDMA’s FASt Bridge Program. By completing this questionnaire, your organization will provide key information that helps us evaluate whether you qualify for the FASt Bridge Label, a recognition given to companies that demonstrate commitment to FEDMA’s principles.
Why complete this form? The FASt Bridge Label is more than just a mark of compliance; it is a recognizable badge of trust that signals to investors, partners, and clients that your organization adheres to best practices in data protection and ethical marketing.
How to complete the Form:
- This form contains 12 sections with a mix of multiple-choice, yes/no, and open-text questions
- Please ensure you provide accurate and detailed responses, as this will form the basis of our assessment
- You may be required to upload supporting documents, such as your privacy policy, etc.
What next? Once you submit the form:
- Initial Review: Our team will review your responses to verify compliance with FEDMA’s principles.
- Follow-Up: We may reach out to request additional information or clarification if needed.
- Decision: You will be notified of the outcome within 2 weeks. If approved, your start-up/scale-up will receive the FASt Bridge Label and gain access to the program's benefits.
Confidentiality assurance: Your responses will be treated with strict confidentiality. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of evaluating your compliance with the FASt Bridge Label requirements and will not be shared outside of FEDMA’s review team without your consent.
