This survey is here to help us better understand the access needs, adaptations, and caregiving responsibilities across our community, whether you're disabled, a caregiver, or someone who simply uses tools to make work easier.

It's not about diagnoses or labels. We're focused on real-life experiences: how folks navigate work, what helps, and what could be better.

Responses are anonymous and all questions are optional. We won't collect any identifying information, and your data will only be used in aggregate to inform Accessibility programming and advocacy.
