No Smart Device at WMS for SY2025-26
If your child is NOT planning to bring a smart device (e.g., cell phone, smart watch) to school all year, please fill out the following form. 

Note: All students will be issued a Yondr pouch regardless of whether they currently own a smart device or not. Completing this form will allow school staff to quickly and efficiently identify your student's device-at-school status as they enter the building each day.

I acknowledge that my student will not bring a smart device (e.g, cell phone, smart watch) to school, and it is my responsibility to notify Assistant Principal, Kevin Hoffman, if this status changes. Additionally, I understand that my student will still be issued a Yondr Pouch, for which they will be responsible for maintaining and presenting to staff upon arrival into the building.
