Thank you for your interest in coaching for the 2026–27 Black Bear Hockey season! This form is currently for 10U and older teams only. 8U coaching opportunities will open later this summer/fall.

Coaches with a player in the program will be placed with their child’s team. If you do not have a child in the program, please indicate which age group/team you would like to coach.

*This form is used to gather information only, registration will be required through Sports Engine prior to the start of the season.
