MAGFest 2026-2027 Universal Music Performer Application
Please fill out this form to be considered for a performance at one of MAGFest's upcoming events.This form is the ONLY way to apply for a mainstage performance for MAGStock, MAGWest, and Super MAGFest. 

Visualists should also use this form to apply. 

Performers interested in one of the Super MAGFest side stages may also use this form to apply. More information about those stages can be found in the "Super MAGFest Additional Performer Opportunities" Section.

Please note that while we do our best to accomodate performer needs, backline equipment is never guaranteed and performers should expect to travel with equipment when necessary.

Below are the application deadlines and approximate notification timelines for each event:

MAGLabs 2026 - Two dates!
  • Spring MAGLabs - March 21, 2026 at Peabody Heights Brewery (Baltimore, MD)
    • Selected acts will be notified by March 1, 2026.
  • Fall MAGLabs - Date and Venue TBA
MAGStock 2026 (June 11-14, 2026 at Camp Ramblewood, Darlington, MD)
  • Processed on a rolling basis--apply as early as possible.
  • Selected acts will be notified by March 31, 2026.
MAGWest 2026 (August 14-16, 2026 at the San Jose Doubletree, San Jose, CA)
  • Apply no later than March 14, 2026.
  • Selected acts will be notified by May 31, 2026.
Super MAGFest 2027 (TBA January 2027 at Gaylord Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, MD)
  • Apply no later than May 1, 2026.
  • Selected acts will be notified by August 31, 2026.

While this form will remain open year-round, Super Mainstage, MAGStock, and MAGWest will not review applications after May 1, 2026!

If we do not reach out to you by the above-listed dates, you have not been selected to perform. Performers are not considered officially booked until MAGFest extends a performance contract and the performer accepts the contract.

Please consider my act for a MAINSTAGE performance at Super MAGFest (dates TBA, January 2027 in National Harbor, MD). *
This is it. The Super MAGFest Main Stage. Located in the Potomac Ballroom, this space offers a cinematic visual experience alongside the robust soundscape courtesy of our professional AV team. All applicants are welcome! Ready to show your perfected performance to the masses? This is the stage for you. 

You will have a chance in a later section to indicate interest in side stage performances at Super MAGFest.
Please consider my act for MAGLabs (Next Event - March 21, 2026 in Baltimore, MD) *
MAGLabs uplifts the MAGFest values of participation and experimentation, giving everyone the opportunity to create their own adventure! Building community through making, this event series gives attendees the opportunity to both learn from and participate in the endless creativity and passion of the gaming community. Because of the bite-sized budget and an event focus on local community, we highly encourage local performers to minimize transportation/travel costs. Lodging is not offered to performers at this time.
Please consider my act for MAGStock (June 11-14, 2026 in Darlington, MD). *
MAGStock is an outdoor, camping-centric event with a smaller foorprint & budget than Super MAGFest. Performances occur in a covered, open-air pavilion, and support for visuals and specialty lighting is limited especially during daylight hours. Sleeping accommodations are generally rustic, although cabin space and indoor plumbing are available.  Please only indicate interest if you are willing to cover travel costs, if necessary. 
Please consider my act for MAGWest (August 14-16, 2026 in San Jose, CA). *
MAGWest is a growing festival with a much smaller audience & budget than Super MAGFest. Please only indicate interest if you are seriously interested. Geographic proximity is an advantage but not a requirement to be booked for West; we do assist with travel costs where we can, but we may not be able to cover travel for acts that are coming from far away.

MAGWest is also looking for performers for alternative spaces! You will have a chance to indicate interest in a later section.
