Vermont Green FC Food Vendor Interest Form
Season & Scheduling
  • 15-25 home matches at UVM’s Virtue Field.
  • 2025 recap: 18 sellouts, ~2,500 fans/match.
  • Spot fee is $250 / match.
  • Pre-payment is required to reserve your spot at any match dates you're selected to serve at.

On-Site Plan
  • 5 food vendors per match, complementing Sodexo’s food & alcohol service.
  • 1 food vendor outside the stadium (reduced vendor fee) to serve non-ticketed fans.
  • Time on site: 5 hours minimum.
  • Gates open 1.5 hours before kickoff; match lasts ~2 hours.
  • Vendors arrive 2.5 hours before kickoff (i.e., 1 hour before gates).
  • Example (7:00 pm kickoff): Arrive 4:30 pm → Gates 5:30 pm → Match 7–9 pm → Exit ~9:30 pm.

Additional Needs (May–August)
  • Away-trip boxed meals: 28 per trip.
  • Player/staff discounts at local food trucks and restaurants for players and staff (25–50% off).
  • Catered meals for ~50-100 players & staff.
  • For larger partnerships, we're open to creative marketing.

Speed of serving is a top priority to avoid long lines. Please provide your average service time from when a customer arrives at the window, to when their food is delivered (include time for customer order, payment, food preparation, and delivery of food). *
Please confirm ALL dates that your business is interested in serving at. Please note that we plan on rotating food vendors, and will prioritize vendors who are available to confirm availability for a minimum of 5 matches throughout the summer.

Does your food truck utilize propane? *
We do not have access to sufficient power hookups in stadium, and all food vendors will be required to bring their own generator power sources. Please confirm how you power your food setup. *
Are you interested in supplying ~26 healthy boxed to-go meals for our away matches (meat, vegetable, starch)? If so, please provide details on the meal options at a budget of $8 - $12 / person ($208 - $312). *
Are you interested in catering meals for up to 50 players and staff? Please provide details on meal options at a budget of $6 - $10 / person ($300 - $500 total).

Are you interested in offering discounts (25% - 50% off) at your local restaurant/food truck for all players and staff between May - August? We're happy to discuss additional marketing and/or promotions for food vendor partnerships.
