Forms is a complete app for creating Form Templates and then filling those Forms as many times as you want. There is no signup or need to use another device. Forms works completely offline, until you wish to share your Form Template, Form or PDF document. Forms has been designed to save you time, ensure you do not miss any important information and to create a beautiful PDF Document. To help with this, Forms has many time saving ways to capture your information, as well as indicating if any mandatory information is missing. Forms includes many useful Form Templates for you to get started immediately or copy these Form Templates and tweak them to make your bespoke Forms.
