Nagasawa Masami to join Takenaka Naoto for “Tantei X Kara no Chosenjo 3″

It has been announced that actress Nagasawa Masami is going to appear in the third season of “Tantei X Kara no Chosenjo“, an NHK omnibus series of interactive mystery stories.

Nagasawa is going to appear alongside Takenaka Naoto in the third episode, titled “Kaito X no Chosenjo“. She will play an OL (office lady), whereas Takenaka is going to disguise himself as “Detective X” for the third episode. According to NHK, we can look forward to plenty of witty conversations between the both of them.

The “Tantei X Kara no Chosenjo” series is a unique batch of single/two-episode dramas. One week prior to the broadcast of each story, people get to read the first half of an original short mystery novel on the mobile site of NHK, and they all get the chance to send in their own ideas of who could be the culprit.

After that, NHK airs the episode and provides the solution as intended by the writer of the novel. Therefore, it’s recommended to read the novel first before watching the broadcast. More than 36,000 people sent in their own theories via the mobile site during the previous seasons in 2009 and 2010.

The third season that is going to air this year will be made of three episodes. The story for the first episode, called “Satsujin wa Muzukashii“, was written by Nukui Tokuro, winner of several literary awards, and will star Nagaoka Tasuku and Uchida Akiko. Author Kitamura Kaoru, also an award-winning mystery writer, wrote the story for the second episode, called “Biscuit“. Actors Yamaguchi Yuichiro and Mizuno Miki are going to star in the second installment. The third one, “Kaito X no Chosenjo”, starring Takenaka and Nagaswa, was written by Yonezawa Honobu.

The three episodes are going to air on March 22nd, March 29th, and April 5th, respectively, with the novels becoming accessible one week prior to each episode.

Masami's New Drama: “Okujou no Aru Apaato”

Since the comm is so quite recently...so, I'll just post this to let everyone know. But, since Japan has some difficulties now, I don't know if it still be airing or not...~

Actress Nagasawa Masami (23) is set to star in the TBS special drama “Okujou no Aru Apaato” which begins airing on March 21st.

The drama is based off of essayist Agawa Sawako (57)’s novel of the same name. The apartment is modeled after an apartment she once lived in and the drama’s screenplay will be written by Yoshida Noriko (51), famous for the drama “Dr. Koto’s Clinic” and the movies “Namida Sousou” and “Hanamizuki”.

Nagasawa will play, Asako, a single 27 year old woman whose editing company goes bankrupt and then begins working at an advertising firm. The drama will show Asako’s growth as she goes through turning points in her life dealing with unemployment, a change in occupations and independence.

Nagasawa stated that she enjoys Agawa’s works and delightfully commented, “I’ve loved Agawa Sawako’s novels and essays for quite some time. I’m so happy to be selected to act in one of her works. Honestly, Asako is a bit older than me, but I think I can convincingly play the real-life Asako.”

In the drama Asako begins living alone and has various anxieties and aspirations. Through the interactions between her eccentric neighbors, Asako is able to get back on her feet. They also promise a bit of romance between her and two older men; a company president (Yoshida Eisaku) and an employee at a foreign company (Kato Haruhiko)

For making our community more organized I made this guidelines. It is not to make things difficult for you but for certain occasion, it needs some explanation, right?

1. We only accept Masamiya/Ninomiya Kazunari/Nagasawa Masami fanworks in here. Definitely no pimping/promotional posts for the mean time. Solo works are good but yeah, we prefer couple fanworks..haha. And yeah, another reminder: This community is strictly HET. No slash please.

2. No bashing please. All of the posts are moderated, for this time being. This is for checking up the content of the post, since it is not only the fics, but also we have flail, news, and other tags here.

3. Please hide your fan fictions, graphics and clips/videos under an LJ-cut.
You can also put links directing to your journal, if you please ^__^

4. Please do not alter the fonts or font sizes of your posts. I think it will be better if our community will have a uniform format all over. As I said, you still have a choice of linking your fanwork directly on your own journal, if you want more creative freedom.

5. Please credit forest_clock if appropriate. This applies to the locked moderator-posted fanworks.

6. Please include a fic header when posting fan fictions. Please follow this format:
