This Workshop is unlike CPE... it's dynamic and fast-paced. It will change how you see your practice and transform the way you do business.
Day 1 is pretty intense and mind-bending. You will be TIRED at the end of Day 1 from stretching your brain. But it's a GOOD tired! You'll participate in a couple lengthy group exercises along with some table discussion and lecture-style teaching.
Day 2 is more relaxed while the learning continues. We deconstruct the closing exercise from Day 1, bringing more clarity to the strategy behind the process you've learned. And we do a deeper dive into understanding and communicating "worth to the customer."
You won't need a laptop. In fact, we discourage distracting technology during the workshop, but do feel free to bring your favorite note-taking device. Note paper will be provided.
Participants each receive an APM® Essential Skills Workshop Participant Guide (48-page, full-color booklet) plus a downloadable toolkit with electronic templates to get you started.
